Die Corona-Krise ist Anlass für die Thematisierung von Krisen im Kontext von Erwachsenen-/Weiterbildung. Der Titel "Re-Konstruktionen" zielt darauf, auch andere - ökologische, ökonomische, soziale, psychische, politische oder biographische - Krisenphänomene, die im Kontext von Erwachsenen-/Weiterbildung bedeutsam sind, zum Reflexionsgegenstand zu machen. Die Pandemie bildet damit den exemplarischen Ausgangspunkt, denn sie hat die Erwachsenenbildung in mehrfacher Hinsicht ge- und betroffen.

Der Leitfaden stellt ein innovatives Lernformat für nicht formal Qualifizierte vor und gibt Arbeitsmarkt- und Bildungsakteur:innen einen Überblick über die Etablierung auf dem regionalen Bildungsmarkt. Die Lernangebote aus dem Projekt Pro-up fördern berufliche Kompetenzen durch Lernprozessbegleitung und basieren auf dem kombinierten Einsatz bei Bildungsdienstleistern und Betrieben. Nach einer Einführung in Hintergründe und Entstehung stellen Dominique Dauser und Thomas Kretschmer das Konzept vor und zeigen anhand von Praxisbeispielen aus einer Pilotphase, wie die Lernarrangements an Branchen- und Berufsspezifika angepasst werden können. Didaktische Gestaltung, Aufbau und Zielgruppe der Lernsettings sind Themen weiterer Kapitel. Ausführlich wird erläutert, wie die Angebote auf dem regionalen Bildungsmarkt etabliert werden können und welche Anforderungen, besonders für Weiterbildungsanbieter, mit dem Perspektivwechsel vom Seminaranbieter zum Weiterbildungsmanager verbunden sind. Das Konzept wurde im Projekt Pro-up entwickelt und mehrfach bundesweit in fünf Arbeitsagenturbezirken erprobt. Das Projekt "Innovative Weiterbildungsangebote für nicht formal Qualifizierte" (Pro-up) wurde durch das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) gefördert und vom Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) sowie der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) begleitet. Der Grundlagenband "Weiterbildungsangebote für nicht formal Qualifizierte" stellt das Projekt und seine Ergebnisse vor.

This work is the result of the European INTALL Project, International and Comparative Studies for Students and Practitioners in Adult Education and Lifelong Learning (2018-2021). From early September 2018 to the end of August 2021, this project allowed us to build knowhow about some specific issues of adult education. The latest meeting of the INTALL project partners led to a conference about the role of Adult Education Research, during and after Covid-19, and the importance of re-thinking Lifelong and Lifewide Learning for the future. Based on four sections, Innovation and Future Competences in Adult Education Research, Professionalisation in Adult Education, Sustainability, Inclusion and Wellbeing: Topics for Adult Society and Smart Cities and Learning and Teaching in Higher Education in Post-Pandemic Time: A Digital Transformation, the volume represents an opportunity to foster a debate on key issues in the field of Adult Learning and Education across Europe.

Il volume è composto da diciotto studi di ricerca che abbracciano tematiche centrali del percorso umano e professionale che Paolo Federighi ha compiuto negli oltre quaranta anni dedicati allo sviluppo dell'Educazione degli Adulti. Si tratta di un percorso svolto sia a livello nazionale, nel contesto dell'Università di Firenze e di enti governativi (ministeri, regioni, comuni), sia a livello internazionale come fondatore e primo Presidente dell'European Association for Education of Adults (EAEA) e come fondatore dell'Associazione europea dei governi regionali e locali per il lifelong learning (EARLALL). La riflessione proposta da ogni contributo inquadra le caratteristiche dell'Educazione degli Adulti e offre un panorama aggiornato delle politiche formative italiane nei contesti non-teaching.

The volume presents research that emerges from the 9th International Adult Education Academy (2022), which brings together researchers, students and practitioners from around the world to share perspectives comparatively. More than 80 participants from almost 20 different countries have exchanged, compared and expanded their individual knowledge and experience on adult learning and education. This volume consisting of eight contributions (including one fundamental article beforehand) assumes that globalisation affects national, regional and local levels of adult learning and education. Transformational relations are observed and analysed through the lens of participation, sustainability and digitalisation. All contributions apply an international comparative research approach to empirically investigate these areas with their upcoming needs. This approach takes place under consideration of comparison as a research method which not only grounds on a long tradition and relies on a set of rules and techniques, but also on an inner attitude and sensitivity with which we look at the world and its global needs while trying to understand.
