L’ouvrage réunit les contributions écrites à l’appui de la conférence qui s’est tenue le 31 janvier 2005 dans le cadre d’UB3. Son but est d’examiner la question du lien de subordination dans le contrat de travail. La question essentielle et actuelle du lien de subordination est d’établir que le travail est accompli sous l’autorité juridique de la personne qui fournit le travail. UB3 est un cycle annuel de conférences organisé par le Barreau de Bruxelles et la Faculté de droit de l’ULB. Des universitaires, des magistrats et des avocats font partager leurs connaissances dans le cadre de la formation permanente des juristes. Chaque conférence est centrée sur l’actualité juridique et pratique, et un support écrit, source d’information et de documentation, complète les exposés oraux.
