Can agile management influence an employee’s performance as well staff evaluation ?
Agility is becoming more and more a fashionable concept in business. Human Resources must review their copy in terms of organization. The performance of a collaborator in this complex and ever-changing environment would be put to the test and the evaluation of the staff might be obsolete.
This study raises the question of whether agility would have an impact on the performance of an employee but also on the organization of staff evaluations. It analyzes the principles of agility, the context in which it emerges but also the notion of performance and evaluation methods more adapted to this new way of working.

Shuttle-based storage and retrieval systems (SBS/RSs) are an important part of today‘s warehouses. In this work, a new approach is developed that can be applied to model different configurations of SBS/RSs. The approach is based on the modeling of SBS/RSs as discrete-time open queueing networks and yields the complete probability distributions of the performance measures.
