Abstract

RESUMO O objetivo deste estado de conhecimento é analisar o levantamento de artigos científicos de periódicos nacionais que tratam da interface entre a Educação de Jovens e Adultos e a Educação do Campo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, cuja sistematização e análise dos dados foram realizadas por meio de categorizações, tendo por base técnicas da Análise de Conteúdo. O levantamento dos periódicos foi realizado via internet, na Plataforma da CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior) de Periódicos, por meio do descritor Educação de Jovens e Adultos e Educação do Campo, considerando existir uma interface entre os dois campos de saber. Entre os resultados destaca-se que os artigos apontam para a necessidade da interação entre a educação de jovens e adultos e a educação do campo, tendo os sujeitos do campo e seu contexto cultural o ponto de referência desta educação, superando o paradigma filosófico e curricular vigente urbanocêntrico.

Abstract

In the 40 years since Ruth C. Cohn developed theme-centered interaction (TCI), it has grown from an educational-therapeutic model to a comprehensive concept aimed at addressing personality development and group leadership. TCI allows the learning and working processes of individuals, groups, teams and organizations to be reflected on, controlled, and managed. Processes of life-work balance can also be coordinated with TCI and empowerment furthered. Today, TCI is successfully being employed in adult education, schools, businesses, counseling and pastoring settings, manager development and training, and in many other areas. This volume contains 53 short contributions highlighting the central concepts of TCI, their origin, and further development. It thus provides a state-of-the-art look at this concept in a clear, systematic, and scientifically sound manner. Abstract

Die Corona-Krise ist Anlass für die Thematisierung von Krisen im Kontext von Erwachsenen-/Weiterbildung. Der Titel "Re-Konstruktionen" zielt darauf, auch andere - ökologische, ökonomische, soziale, psychische, politische oder biographische - Krisenphänomene, die im Kontext von Erwachsenen-/Weiterbildung bedeutsam sind, zum Reflexionsgegenstand zu machen. Die Pandemie bildet damit den exemplarischen Ausgangspunkt, denn sie hat die Erwachsenenbildung in mehrfacher Hinsicht ge- und betroffen.

Il volume è composto da diciotto studi di ricerca che abbracciano tematiche centrali del percorso umano e professionale che Paolo Federighi ha compiuto negli oltre quaranta anni dedicati allo sviluppo dell'Educazione degli Adulti. Si tratta di un percorso svolto sia a livello nazionale, nel contesto dell'Università di Firenze e di enti governativi (ministeri, regioni, comuni), sia a livello internazionale come fondatore e primo Presidente dell'European Association for Education of Adults (EAEA) e come fondatore dell'Associazione europea dei governi regionali e locali per il lifelong learning (EARLALL). Abstract

The publication documents the experience of action research conducted by the four Provincial Centers for Adult Education (CPIA) of Friuli Venezia Giulia as part of an integrated program of national and international actions, aimed at strengthening the competence of teachers in the use of technologies to create more inclusive and flexible learning environments.The research process, supervised by the University of Udine, has offered teachers not only an opportunity for professional reflexivity, but also the opportunity to participate in an extended professional community of practices.

Abstract

Adult learning is recognized as a key component of lifelong learning and Member States are required to remove barriers to participation, to increase overall quality and efficiency in adult learning, to speed up the process of validation and recognition and to ensure sufficient investment in and monitoring of the field (European Commission, 2006, 2007; European Parliament, 2008; European Council, 2008). It is unanimously recognized that adult learning can play a pivotal role in meeting the goals of the Lisbon Strategy, by fostering social cohesion, providing citizens with the skills required to find new jobs and helping Europe to better respond to the challenges of globalisation. Such needs are taken into consideration in this Volume where the main issues faced are related to what 33 European countries have been doing in order to raise the skills levels of low-skilled workers, address the problem of the high number of early school leavers, combat social exclusion, ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, quality of adult learning.

Abstract

This work is the result of the European INTALL Project, International and Comparative Studies for Students and Practitioners in Adult Education and Lifelong Learning (2018-2021). From early September 2018 to the end of August 2021, this project allowed us to build knowhow about some specific issues of adult education. The latest meeting of the INTALL project partners led to a conference about the role of Adult Education Research, during and after Covid-19, and the importance of re-thinking Lifelong and Lifewide Learning for the future. Based on four sections, Innovation and Future Competences in Adult Education Research, Professionalisation in Adult Education, Sustainability, Inclusion and Wellbeing: Topics for Adult Society and Smart Cities and Learning and Teaching in Higher Education in Post-Pandemic Time: A Digital Transformation, the volume represents an opportunity to foster a debate on key issues in the field of Adult Learning and Education across Europe.
