Diese Open-Access-Publikation vermittelt Personen aus Wirtschaft und Lehre durch pragmatische und fokussierte Darstellungsweise sowohl die Grundsystematik der Organhaftung als auch die in der Praxis äußerst relevante Problematik der Organhaftung bei unklaren Rechtslagen.
