A history of ancient Korean-Japanese relations. According to Japanese scholars, the Japanese people are a unique nation related to no other peoples, and Yamato Japan was founded by purely indigenous rulers, the ancestors of the Japanese imperial family. However, the author maintains that the people of Baekje went over to Japan to establish the Yamato Kingdom and that the Japanese imperial family originated from the royal family of Baekje.
