Předkládáná monografie představuje první komplexní zpracování středověkých šperků uložených v depozitářích muzeí, galerií a archeologických institucí na jižní Moravě. Autorka do kolekce zahrnula předměty ze 79 lokalit, a to 45 z intravilánu měst, 11 z výzkumu hradů a 23 z výzkumu současných i zaniklých vsí a polokulturních lokalit. Výběr se omezil na období vrcholného středověku, tj. 13. až 15. století, s možnými časovými přesahy do staršího i mladšího období. Hlavní část práce tvoří katalog předmětů, které jsou kresebně nebo fotograficky dokumentovány a detailně popsány. Katalog je v plném znění publikovaný elektronicky v Digitální knihovně FF MU. V analytické části práce jsou šperky zhodnoceny z hlediska typologie a morfologie, včetně komparace s nálezy z jiných lokalit a jsou zasazeny do dobového kontextu ve smyslu funkčním, estetickém i symbolickém.

Le terme « art déco » fait immédiatement penser à un style, d’architecture, de meubles, d’objets, de mode. On ne saurait, de prime abord, songer à une écriture « art déco ». Le présent essai, en se consacrant aux nouvelles de Moravia, dont la rédaction s’est échelonnée entre 1927 et 1951 - la plupart d’entre elles écrites avant la guerre - a tenté la saisie d’une époque, celle des années 30, où l’on voit se banaliser dans un ensemble homogène, englobant toutes les formes non seulement de l’activité créatrice mais des rapports des individus à de nouvelles représentations, les données d’une modernité économique et industrielle. Au-delà des totalitarismes politiques s’est installé un totalitarisme des formes, dans un auto-conformisme, établissant un nouveau statut du sujet dans l’objet : ce que Pierre Sansot, dans sa Poétique de la ville, désignait du nom d’objectal. On verra comment peuvent se repérer dans les Racconti de Moravia tous les mécanismes spéculâmes d’une conception du monde close, autarcique, rigoureusement cadrée. Mais à plus de cinquante ans de distance de l’époque qu’il s’est proposé de reparcourir à travers le texte moravien, ce livre se voudrait la limite dans laquelle s’est inscrite une mémoire, ce par quoi, au-delà ou en deçà d’une génialité qu’on peut ou non lui attribuer, l’auteur des Racconti s’avère être le strict observant d’un moment - peut-être le plus déroutant d’entre tous - de notre histoire. Il y a là un peu de l’Amarcor - souvenir et amertume ensemble - de Fellini, si ce n’est qu’à l’opposé du metteur en scène, génialement fantasque, Moravia a cerné dans une rigoureuse précision, presque janséniste, les contours d’une époque qui n’en a pas fini - parfois à tort et à travers - de faire parler d’elle.

Since its professional beginnings, social work has been a major actor and instrument of social policy. This study is a reconstruction of the development of social work in enterprises implemented as part of enterprise social policy in the territory of Bohemia and Moravia between the years 1876-1989. Using a hermeneutical approach based on historical research, the author explores the transformation of societal institutions, communities and structures. Seit ihren professionellen Anfängen ist die Soziale Arbeit wichtiger Akteur und Instrument der Sozialpolitik. Die vorliegende Studie ist eine Rekonstruktion der Entwicklung der Sozialen Arbeit in Unternehmen, die im Rahmen der betrieblichen Sozialpolitik auf dem Gebiet Böhmens und Mährens in den Jahren 1876-1989 implementiert wurde. Mit Hilfe eines hermeneutischen Ansatzes, der auf historischer Forschung basiert, untersucht die Autorin den Wandel gesellschaftlicher Institutionen, Gemeinschaften und Strukturen.

A further Supplementum in the Dissertationes Archaeologicae Brunensis/Pragensesque series presents contributions by doctorate students of anthropology, archaeology, ethnology, and geological science, the outcomes of the Moravian-Silesian School of Doctorate Studies II grant. All contributions were produced as part of dissertation work done by the authors and were presented at a regular doctorate seminar in Brno. The articles centre upon theoretical issues and also supply the results of material studies. In chronological terms, the studies focus on the Palaeolithic, Neolithic and Hallstatt Age, the early Middle Ages, the Middle Ages, the modern age and the 19th century. The collection brings together approaches of the humanities and natural science to the study of both movable and immovable cultural monuments.
