The new edition of "The Right of Sale: Commentary on 84 to 92c HGB (German Commercial Code)" brings the comprehensive commentary on 84-92c HGB up to date. It particularly considers the amendment to 89b HGB, which came into effect in August 2009, as the core provision of the commentary as well as the amendment in early 2010 to the Vertriebs-GVO (block exemption regulation governing sales). This work's target audience is attorneys, in-house counsel, business economists, and judges.
