Abstract

Der Länderindikator 2021 stellt nach den Studienzyklen der Jahre 2015, 2016 und 2017 nun zum vierten Mal Ergebnisse und Steuerungswissen zum schulischen Lehren und Lernen mit digitalen Medien für Deutschland sowie im Vergleich der Bundesländer vor. Die Studie gibt im Sinne eines Bildungsmonitorings ein aktuelles Bild zu unterrichtlichen Lehr- und Lernprozessen aus der Perspektive von Lehrkräften der Sekundarstufe I wieder. Zudem werden die digitalisierungsbezogenen Rahmenbedingungen in Schulen, denen vor dem Hintergrund der Corona-Pandemie eine weiter zunehmende Bedeutung zukommt, betrachtet. Mit der schulischen IT-Ausstattungs- und -Supportsituation, dem Einsatz digitaler Medien, den medienbezogenen Kompetenzen der Lehrkräfte sowie der Förderung der computer- und informationsbezogen Kompetenzen der Schülerinnen und Schüler werden vier Kernbereiche der Länderindikator-Studie im Trend aufgegriffen und Entwicklungen über Vergleiche mit Ergebnissen des Länderindikators 2017 abgebildet. Darüber hinaus widmet sich der aktuelle Studienzyklus der Untersuchung der in Schulen wahrgenommenen Auswirkungen von IT-Investitionsprogrammen des Bundes und der Länder, der Reflexion des durch Maßnahmen im Zuge der Corona-Pandemie angestoßenen Digitalisierungsschubes in Lehr-Lernprozessen sowie zukunftsweisenden Aspekten digitalisierungsbezogener Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften.

Abstract

Resultado de uma rigorosa pesquisa, Dez anos de integração do Ensino Técnico ao Médio no Centro Paula Souza: um estudo a respeito da Habilitação Profissional em Agropecuária, de Bruno Michel da Costa Mercurio, apresenta análises sobre o Curso de Habilitação Profissional em Agropecuária, na modalidade de Ensino Técnico integrado ao Médio (ETIM), do Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza (CEETEPS). A obra traz problematizações e discussões acerca do processo histórico de desenvolvimento da educação profissional no Brasil, contemplando as principais reformas educacionais e a expansão e a reordenação da educação profissional e tecnológica, que levaram à constituição do ensino médio integrado. As reflexões efetuadas têm como mediações a prática do pesquisador em Escolas Agrícolas e experiências vivenciadas com o Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra. Convido as pessoas interessadas no debate sobre a temática do Ensino Técnico integrado ao Médio à leitura desta obra, pois se trata de um estudo significativo e relevante, especialmente no atual cenário educacional brasileiro.

Abstract

El libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad César Vallejo, cuyo objetivo fue objetivo fue determinar el efecto del software educativo "Hot Potatoes" en la comprensión lectora de los estudiantes del tercer grado de educación secundaria de la I.E. Teresa Gonzales de Fannig, en Lima, Perú. Se empleó una metodología de tipo aplicada, diseño cuasi experimental y se aplicó una muestra de 20 estudiantes del tercer grado de educación secundaria sección a, como a un grupo experimental con 20 estudiantes del tercer grado de educación secundaria sección b, como a un grupo de control, ambos del nivel de educación secundario. El acopio de datos se desarrolló la técnica de la encuesta bajo la aplicación del cuestionario para medir la eficacia del software educativo para la mejora de la actividad académica en los estudiantes. Se halló que el 100% de los estudiantes del grupo experimental se encuentran en nivel de logro destacado, tanto que los estudiantes del grupo de control el 95.2% alcanzó el logro previsto, asegurando los efectos positivos en la competencia lectora en estudiantes del tercer grado de educación secundaria.

Abstract

El libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la narración de cuentos en aimara y la expresión oral de los estudiantes del 4º y 5º de la Institución Educativa Secundaria José Carlos Mariátegui, en Ilave, Puno, Perú. Fue un estudio descriptivo y analítico, con diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 436 estudiantes de la institución mencionada, se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico de tipo intencional obteniendo una unidad de análisis de 204 estudiantes. Se ha identificado que la narración de cuentos en aimara tiene relación positiva con la concreción de la idea, la adecuación del tono de voz y la palabra exacta de los estudiantes del 4º y 5º grado, de la Institución Educativa Secundaria investigada. Se concluye que, la narración de cuentos en aimara tiene relación positiva con la expresión oral de los estudiantes de secundaria.

Abstract

No work has ever been produced previously that shows how historically geography has been constructed as a subject for the senior years of secondary schooling in Western Australia from 1917 to 1997. In doing so, this book contributes to the existing corpus of international research on the history of curriculum and particularly the history of geography as a senior secondary school subject. Much of it is based on primary sources, including the textbooks and atlases used, along with syllabus manuals and geography examination papers. It also provides a framework for investigating the construction of senior secondary school geography curricula in other constituencies, and could act as a model for engaging in further research in curriculum history for other school subjects state-wide, nationally and internationally. The book also makes an important contribution to the fields of curriculum design, curriculum development and curriculum innovation. It will be of great interest to historians of education, comparative educationists, education leaders, policy makers and librarians.

Abstract

Het onderzoek brengt de stand van zaken met betrekking tot bestuurlijk vermogen en professionalisering in het voortgezet onderwijs in kaart. We doen dat door verschillende opeenvolgende deelstudies. We gaan door secundaire analyses na in hoeverre besturen voor voortgezet onderwijs van elkaar verschillen in gerealiseerde onderwijskwaliteit. Door literatuurstudie en interviews met deskundigen schetsen we vervolgens welke professionaliseringprikkels in het voortgezet onderwijs voorkomen en waar ze toe leiden. De kern van ons onderzoek bestaat uit een combinatie van een surveyonderzoek met (verkennende en verdiepende) casestudies. We onderzoeken in hoeverre besturen beschikken over bestuurlijk vermogen, hoe ze reageren op externe professionaliseringsprikkels en hoe ze interne professionalisering vormgeven. We analyseren de relaties tussen bestuurlijk vermogen, professionalisering en onderwijskwaliteit en gaan de invloed na van bestuurlijke kenmerken. Door expertmeetings met vertegenwoordigers van beleid, praktijk en wetenschap komen we uiteindelijk tot breed gedragen aanbevelingen voor het verbeteren van het voortgezet onderwijs. The research reported in this publication concerns the second sub-study of the project Administrative Power and the Effect of Professionalisation Incentives in Secondary Education. This sub-study focuses on the various incentives that the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and organisations affiliated with OCW (for instance NRO, the Inspectorate and DUO, VO-raad, the Education Council and collective agreements) give to various actor groups in education. The aim is to maintain and improve the professional competencies of those actor groups. Incentives' is another word for professionalisation policy instruments (PBIs) and these can be categorised as PBIs arising from legislation or regulations, PBIs of a financial nature and PBIs intended to entice professionalisation activities through communication. For each PBI aimed at secondary education, the actor(s) targeted and the nature of the incentive were identified. For comparison with secondary education, this has also been done for PBIs in PO and MBO. To gain more insight into the familiarity, use, effectiveness and possible side effects, experts were interviewed and asked to fill in a digital questionnaire. Finally, a focus group meeting was held to discuss our findings in more detail on the basis of various propositions.

Abstract

An absence limit for upper secondary school in Norway was introduced in 2016. The objective was to get more students to attend school more regularly. There were considerable protests at the time - especially from the students - and now five years on, the question is: Has the absence limit helped? Has attendance increased? And if so, at what cost? The Absence Limit in Upper Secondary School. Viewpoints, Outcomes and Experiences presents the results of a comprehensive evaluation of the new ordinance from three perspectives: the students', the schools', and their support networks'. The book starts with the main characters - the students - and then looks at the schools, and finally at the various support persons in students' lives. Three questions structure the book: To what extent has absenteeism among different groups of students been reduced as a result of the absence limit? From a practical standpoint, how is the absence limit enforced by school administrators and teachers? And how do doctors and other support persons follow up students with high absenteeism? This book is relevant for teachers, school administrators, students, politicians, researchers, and anyone interested in Norwegian educational policy.
