This is the first monograph that strives to give a complete and detailed description of the collective modes (CMs) in unconventional superfluids and superconductors (UCSF&SC). Using the most powerful method of modern theoretical physics - the path (functional) integral technique - authors build the three- and two-dimensional models for s-, p- and d-wave pairing in neutral as well as in charged Fermi-systems, models of superfluid Bose-systems and Fermi-Bose-mixtures. Within these models they study the collective properties of such systems as superfluid 3He, superfluid 4He,

This book will be of interest not only to physics scholars who are studying the theoretical aspects of quantum mechanics, electromagnetism, superconductivity and superfluidity, but also to the more general reader. It explores the action of biologically active substances and low-intensity physical factors in ultra-low doses on biological systems, particularly the action of medicinal remedies in ultra-low doses (homeopathy), influence of the color and form of ambient bodies, and the so-called Twin Correlation.

In this Special Issue, we have a great collection of 11 outstanding articles that have been published. This Special Issue presents the recent progress on emerging low-dimensional materials and could encourage their future investigations. We hope that both researchers and the community in general can benefit from the outcomes of this Special Issue reprint.

Nuclear Superfluidity is an advanced text devoted exclusively to pair correlations in nuclei. It begins by exploring pair correlations in a variety of systems including superconductivity in metals at low temperatures and superfluidity in liquid 3He and in neutron stars. The book goes on to introduce basic theoretical methods, symmetry breaking and symmetry restoration in finite many-body systems. The last four chapters are devoted to introducing results on the role of induced interactions in the structure of both normal and exotic nuclei. The most important of these is the renormalization of the pairing interaction due to the coupling of pairs of nucleons to low energy nuclear collective excitations. This book will be essential reading for researchers and students in both experimental and theoretical nuclear physics, and related research fields such as metal clusters, fullerenes and quantum dots.

Superconductivity was discovered in 1911 by Kamerlingh Onnes. Since the discovery of an oxide superconductor with critical temperature (Tc) approximately equal to 35 K (by Bednorz and Muller 1986), there are a great number of laboratories all over the world involved in research of superconductors with high Tc values, the so-called "High-Tc superconductors". This book contains 15 chapters reporting about interesting research about theoretical and experimental aspects of superconductivity. You will find here a great number of works about theories and properties of High-Tc superconductors (materials with Tc > 30 K). In a few chapters there are also discussions concerning low-Tc superconductors (Tc < 30 K). This book will certainly encourage further experimental and theoretical research in new theories and new superconducting materials.

This book expounds a modern vision of magnetism and superconductivity that deals with microscopic and phenomenological aspects. Basic notions are illustrated with research projects. To convey the quality of the formalism that is used, the author purposefully resorts to examples or arguments based on intuition.
