80 papers were submitted on the conference, and ICVIP finally accepted 45 papers after a double blinded peer review process by international reviewers and technical program committee members. Divided into 6 chapters, the papers provide a wide spectrum of researches on wide range of video and image processing.The chapters are devoted to the framework of pattern recognition, target detection, image 3d reconstruction, image analysis, video processing technology and method as well as image processing technology and application.
