This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Database and Expert Systems Applications, DEXA '96, held in Zurich, Switzerland, in September 1996. This volume presents the proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Computers for Handicapped Persons (ICCHP '94), held in Vienna, Austria in September 1994. ICCHP '94 was organized by the Austrian Computer Society and the Rehabilitation Engineering Group at the Vienna University of Technology with the support of IFIP, CEPIS, BSC, GI, SI, ACM, and IEEE.
