La sous-traitance n’est que très peu envisagée par le code civil. À proprement parler, il n’y a d’ailleurs pas de contrat de sous-traitance, puisque celle-ci ne consiste qu’en l’articulation de deux ou plusieurs contrats d’entreprise.
