Abstract

This official web site of the U.S. Commission to Eliminate Child Abuse and Neglect Fatalities covers its statutory mandate, mission, activities, research, and final report of recommendations. The Commission was established by Public Law 112-275, the Protect Our Kids Act of 2012, and its term expired on March 18, 2016. Its final report of recommendations and its a separate fact sheet, both entitled "Within Our Reach: A National Strategy to Eliminate Child Abuse and Neglect Fatalities," are posted here.
