Un chapitre consacré à l’évaluation de la cohérence d’un programme à partir d’un extrait du référentiel de l’agence de la qualité de l’enseignement supérieur établit le lien entre l’approche programme basée sur les acquis d’apprentissage et la démarche de la qualité. Ce chapitre se termine par « les incontournables de l’approche par compétences », guide synthétique et très clair. Il identifie les rôles des uns et des autres et les points d’attention pour une amélioration constante de l’enseignement/apprentissage et de ses résultats. Il permet, en interne, de guider l’analyse des curriculums ou la mise en place de l’approche programme et de l’approche par compétences."
