Wolfgang Nieke nimmt in der dritten Auflage des Bandes die aktuelle Diskussion über Kulturalismus, Rassismus und Fundamentalismus auf. Er untersucht die Bemühungen um interkulturelle Erziehung und die Bildungsantworten auf die Herausforderungen einer multikulturell gewordenen Gesellschaft, die in Deutschland von vielen noch nicht akzeptiert wird. Besonders problematisch sind kulturbedingte Wertkonflikte im Alltag, auf deren Bewältigung in Erziehung und Bildung vorbereitet werden muss. Antiziganismus ist in der pädagogischen Arbeit mit Jugendlichen ein wirkmächtiger Komplex. Im Rahmen einer ethnographischen Studie zweier Jugendzentren zeigt Kathrin Schulze auf, wie sich dieser in der alltäglichen Praxis entfaltet. Sie legt dar, inwiefern sozialpädagogische Fachkräfte die Jugendlichen situativ auf der Grundlage von antiziganistischen Stereotypen differenzieren und damit diskriminierende Effekte hervorbringen. Mit dem Fokus auf der alltäglich-situativen Herstellungspraxis antiziganistischer Ordnungen liefert sie einen Beitrag zur bislang noch vernachlässigten Problematisierung des Antiziganismus im Kontext der Sozialen Arbeit.

This Economic Development Document summarizes Mauritania’s Strategy for Accelerated Growth and Shared Prosperity (SCAPP) for 2016–30. The first five-year phase of the SCAPP will complete projects underway and lay the foundation for a new, politically more peaceful Mauritania, with infrastructure to support growth and encourage development of the country’s natural resources. Steps will be taken to complete the reforms needed to improve the business climate and promote the private sector. In the second five-year period, the economy will be more diversified and competitive, with the real rate of growth averaging about 10 percent a year. The third five-year phase will consolidate Mauritania’s “new look,” and economic growth will exceed 12 percent a year.
