The aim of this project is to implement a performance monitoring scorecard for the enterprise Cebedeau. In order to do this, we followed a procedure described below. At first, we defined the strategy of the enterprise because performance is about reaching strategic goals. As the strategy was not already defined, we had to make an internal analysis of the enterprise and an external analysis of its sector. We also defined the mission, the vision and the values of the company. Thanks to all these factors, we defined a relevant strategy for the enterprise. Then, we deduced the strategic goals and the actions to undertake in order to reach them. After that, we defined the most relevant indicators in order to measure each goal. Thanks to that we created one document per goal where the needed information to build the indicators was gathered. Finally, we established a scorecard where the information about the outcome or not of the strategic goals was synthesized. This scorecard sends us back to the different documents if we want some more information. In this way, we have a system of measure for the performance of the enterprise. The report gives all details and information about every step. In the end, we can find some recommendations and suggestions for the evolution of the project.
