The results of this work are presented in this consultancy report. The work has focused on identifying and characterising the most important new needs and conditions which, in a forward looking perspective on essential points, will redefine the market reality of the national standardisation organisations and create the need for the renewal of the business model on which the work of the organisations has so far been based.
