Ce travail de fin d'études traite la problématique de résolution de conflits entre droits fondamentaux sous l'angle de la Convention européenne des droits de l'homme. Ce travail porte essentiellement sur les conflits entre liberté d'expression vs. droit au respect de la vie privée et liberté d'expression vs. liberté de religion. Dans ce travail sont abordés les thèmes suivants: Origine des conflits de droits, résolution des conflits par le principe de hiérarchie, le test de proportionnalité, la mise en balance des intérêts en présence, les obligations positives des Etats, la marge d'appréciation, application des méthodes aux conflits entre l'article 8 de la CEDH et l'article 10 de la CEDH, ainsi qu'aux conflits entre l'article 9 de la CEDH et l'article 10 de la CEDH. La deuxième partie de ce travail de fin d'études est une application pratique des limites théoriques apprises précédemment.

Social networks are the defining cultural movement of our time, empowering us in constantly evolving ways. We can all now be reporters, alerting the world to breaking news, participating in crowd-sourced scientific research, and helping the police solve crimes. Social networks have even helped to bring down governments, but they have also greatly accelerated the erosion of our personal privacy rights.
