Anno 2011. Wie had durven denken dat de Verenigde Staten niet langer de unitaire machtspositie zouden bekleden die ze in de jaren 1990 hadden verworven ? Wie had gedacht dat China en Brazilië economische wereldspelers van formaat zouden worden ?
