The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the administration of drugs, mainly the crushing, in nursing home.This work comprises two distinct parts.The first one resumes the theoretical data's relative to crushing, which consist of the galenic general points of the solid oral forms and the ground rules in drugs crushing. It also deals with diverse situations possibly leading to drugs crushing, with the prevalence of administration mistakes, and with some methods which could reduce those mistakes.The second one consists of a field survey in a nursing home in order to identify in situ the prevalence, the causes, and the main consequences of drugs crushing. Le but de ce mémoire est d'évaluer l'administration des médicaments, principalement le broyage, en maison de repos.Ce mémoire comporte deux parties.La première partie reprend les données théoriques relatives au broyage. Celles-ci comprennent les généralités galéniques des formes orales solides, ainsi que les règles générales par rapport au broyage des médicaments. Elle traite également des différentes situations qui peuvent amener au broyage d'un médicament, de la prévalence des erreurs d'administration ainsi que de certaines méthodes qui permettraient de diminuer ces erreurs.La deuxième partie comprend une étude d'observation directe dans une maison de repos et de soins pour identifier sur le terrain la prévalence, les causes et les conséquences principales du broyage des médicaments.
